With the same concept as a cyclone, this equipment is manufactured with several mini-cyclones coupled inside and which have the same role as a cyclone by centrifuging the gas and directing the particulate material to the bottom of the equipment for later removal or transportation.
In this equipment, there is a separation between the incoming gas and the centrifuged gas, increasing efficiency in terms of capturing particulate matter, as it would have greater difficulty mixing again and passing with the gas through the outlet tubes.

All components are manufactured with materials resistant to corrosion, oxidation and wear of internal walls, varying according to the type of gas and particulate composition, in addition to the temperature.
With entirely national technology, the manufacturing of all equipment with variations in the type of material that ranges from cast components to laminated materials and stainless steels is done without the need for imports, without any loss in quality.
Both the equipment outlet and the inlet can be directed to best suit the physical space of the customer’s plant. Once deposited at the bottom of the hopper, the particulate material awaits subsequent transportation/packaging.
This transport of particulate material is taken into account at the time of design so that equipment can be designed with different hopper arrangements, which will identify the best type of output control for this material, whether by a screw conveyor, in the case of longitudinal hoppers, rotary valves, in the case of pyramidal hoppers, pneumatic transport or other technologies.
